Good value
The big problem I had with this installation was getting the old bearings off. These new units went on like a breeze. They’re extremely quiet and appear to be well made. Toyota wanted three times the cost of these but I doubt they’re any better in quality. Time will tell if these hold up but so far I’m quite pleased.

Highly recommend easy install
Bought to replace my factory ones on my 07 tacoma with 200k miles night and day difference in driving the truck this was last piece of my puzzle after rebuilding or replacing everything steering or suspension component on the front end highly recommended for anyone experiencing a slight shimmy or shack in the steering wheel after doing tierods replacing only took about 2 hours (I expected alot longer knowing how rusty the old bolts were) in my driveway with a few hand tools but you will need a impact or breaker bar to take off and replace the axle nut shipping was fast I recieved the parts 2 days earlier than expected I cant talk about longevity only installed 2 days ago but the fit and finish is excellent on this and I expect to at least live out the manufacturer's warranty

Not perfect, but not terrible
2007 Tacoma Dbl Cab TRD Off-road.Overall, these are well built parts. The fit was fine for the hub assembly, but 2 concerns bothered me.First, the seal is a joke. The outer diameter (where it goes into the steering knuckle) was at least .025” oversized. I even tried manually “pressing” it in and about 2/3 of the way is where it stopped. Engineering needs check their design, or Quality needs to step up…it’s an easy win, and is kind of an essential if you expect “Made in China” to not impact revenue.Second, one of the two assemblies was pretty tight when the axle nut was torqued to spec.I’ll take it apart again in a few days to recheck everything after a few dozen miles since I want to replace the brake dust shield anyway.Time will tell wether or not it was worth the $100 savings by not opting for an assembly from eBay with the Koyo/Timken bearing and Toyota or Timken seal. I’ve not had issues with Detroit Axle products before, so hopefully this isn’t the one that ends up being the last.

Poor manufacture
Just like others are saying; one went bad in about 8 months. Warranty is a hoax. Try calling their number re help.Spend a little more on a good part elsewhere.Gotta go take my wheel apart again.

Working Well
I have used this brand on other Tacoma and Four Runners and have had no problem after many miles. A direct bolt on and look identical to the OEM hubs in size and weight, can’t tell any difference an appearance and performance. I can’t attest to other models.

Quality part, problem solved
Solved the roar coming from the front end of my 2010 4runner. Sounded like tire noise, but kept getting worse. This kit came with everything I needed and you can’t beat the price. Seems like high quality parts, but time will tell. Keep in mind that in order to replace the seals you have to remove the entire steering knuckle. They go on the back where the CV axle shaft enters the knuckle. That’s the most time consuming part, but necessary. Bad seals are one of the main reasons these things go bad.
