I used chatGPT this morning asking about methylene blue nerve regeneration.Call me crazy but I’ve been using methylene blue in the 10mg pill form twice a day for the past few days and have noticed positive sensations in my past damaged areas of my spinal injuries (C4/5/6) while on the NYPD. The sensations are like steady small electrical nerve discharges/ pulsations from my left neck to my left hand pinky finger. It feels like constant nerve’s electrical impulses, traveling up and down the left arm and shoulder/ collarbone area. Circa 1999, I had FX’d the left collarbone many years ago as well.

It's like an OTC Adderall. Def feel more focused, alert, and engaged. One bottle has lighter pills and darker pills, so I'm not sure what to make of product consistency (it's not something I have the means to test). But overall, I'm cycling a few days of this, a few days of taurine. So far, no adverse effects except indiscriminate end-of-the-day hunger 😔. Given the benefits, though, it's worth the trade-off.

But if you’ve been in this space long enough, you know not all brands are created equal. I’ve been burned before by companies that claim “high purity” but deliver watered-down, ineffective products.Now I test the capsule myself by doing the following.What I do is simple: I break one open and dissolve it in water. If it turns a deep, rich blue, it’s the real deal. If it’s light or diluted-looking, it’s under dosed or impure.Check the photo on the left is another well known brand I was taking. You can see how light the color is.On the right is a capsule from Chemist Labs. look at how dark and vibrant the blue is. That’s how you know it’s potent and properly dosed.Chemist Labs is now the only brand I will trust. Their quality speaks for itself. I will be buying again.

Very cheap and terrible product. The bottle is smashed and damaged and keep in mind. You are not under any circumstances allowed to return this product. If you buy it also clearly says on the bottom these supplements have not been vetted by the FDA.

This has definitely helped with my fatigue post hysterotomy. I was worried about doing a pill versus a liquid but you can tell it is legit. And less mess which is great! You will pee blue but not enough to stain anything.

No Blue Tongue here... Capsules are the way to go. I am already benefiting from this product. I only wish I had known about it years ago before damage had already been done. I also wish I could tell you about that...

Be sure to take with Vit C for better absorption. Caps are good if you don't like the taste of the drop version
