They are Really Good, and they have all the amino acids in, along with Collagen, and they are not as expensive as other brands, which is excellent.

I like the high dose, and can see improvement in my nails, hair and skin. I add the 1st 2 to my morning tea, and have the other at lunch and dinner. Would be better if it was just 2 tabs, as sometimes I forget. But the larger dose is good incase you miss any.

I am pleased with this product because I have noticed a difference in my skin over the last three months. My face looks less patchy and more plump.My only complaint is that I have to make sure that my throat is not dry when I take the capsules as they can get stuck going down.I drink fizzy water with them. Over all very pleased.

Taking 4 a day does give you 2400mg of collagen which is good however it's misleading when you think you are buying 90 tablets and assume that's 3 months supply. It's not. It's 22 days - not even a month. Value wise therefore it isn't great. The tablets are also really quite large (shown in picture). Overall they are ok - good amount of collagen but delivery in smaller quantity of tablets would have been preferable.

I started taking these a few months ago, because my hair was falling out. Clumps of it!! But, I’m Iv noticed my hair seems to be a lot stronger, and isn’t falling out anymore. My nails and skin feel so much nicer too. With a nice complexion. Iv just ordered more as I want to continue with the good results. Would also recommend these. Tablets do seem big but I didn have a problem with swallowing them. No taste to them at all. I noticed the changes probably a good few weeks of taking these so I believe they are afftive and do what they are meant to do.

I can't say anything right now. It takes time to understand how it works. Fast delivery. Good packaging, good price

I have not used this product before but, so far, so good. The only downside and why it doesn't get 5 stars is because the recommended daily intake is 4 which makes it uneconomical.

So far , so good .I’ve been taking these for a month and noticed improvement in my complexion.
