The media could not be loaded. My first ever Robot Vacuum and I’m so pleased I chose this one. I have a heavy lived in household (2 adults, 2 children, 2 cats and a dog) one of the cats is a ragdoll which means CONSTANT shedding. I was losing the will to live hoovering numerous times a day but this is a GAMECHANGER!!!!The cleaning ability on both functions is incredible. Picks up all the pet hair with ease. Love the app that lets you assign rooms and specify whether it is carpeted room so the mop function is will avoid and the map accuracy is brilliant.Extremely easy to set up. Took about 5 minutes to map out my house then was ready to clean! Battery life is brilliant. Takes about 30% battery to do my full downstairs then returns to dock to charge up. The battery hasn’t been below 70% yet so always had charge for when I need to use.The vacuum couldn’t add my kitchen to the map as there is a big step but you can buy step ramps separate for these on Amazon for a good price which I’ll probably end up purchasing but for now, you can place the vacuum into a room that’s not on the map and it will still complete a clean you just have to return it to dock.I bought this when on offer for £250 and it’s an absolute STEAL! Although I’d happily pay full price now I’ve seen how brilliant this gadget is! Saves me so much time and I can get other jobs done whilst this does its job!

We’ve had ours for 2 months now and feel ready to write a review. We went back & forth for a while on getting the self empty function and happy we did as saves having to empty it all the time.Pros - Hoovers & mops perfectly 98% of the time (sometimes the air will blow the debris too far from the Hoover so some small bits are left on the floor).App is easy to use and mapBattery life is decent and charges quicklyNot as noisy as anticipated and you get used to it quickly. Wouldn’t advise putting it on whilst sleeping thoughCons - wish it could hold more water as often will need to be topped up a little bit during a whole ground floor mopWish you could map two floors so could take upstairs as and when requiredThe estimated time in the app isn’t very accurate so usually double the time it says but that’s not a huge dealHaven’t tested the mop function with regards to skipping carpeted areas yet, the floor plan map isn’t 100% so a little nervous for this, will report back if we ever doIn general, really pleased with this product, it makes keeping on top of the house a bit easier especially with a crawling baby around. The spot clean function is also great for post messy meals

I approached this robot vacuum purchase with considerable skepticism, but it has unequivocally shattered all my low expectations and left me absolutely blown away! My initial investment was for a large-scale business operation where the sheer size of the floor made regular vacuuming and mopping an exhausting and time-consuming task. This robot has completely revolutionized my cleaning routine, freeing up invaluable time and effort. I am so thoroughly impressed with its performance and the tangible benefits it provides that I promptly purchased a second unit for my personal home. I cannot recommend this robot highly enough; it represents exceptional value and is unequivocally worth the investment.

Worked well for 4 days - and does a pretty good job cleaning. Unfortunately it will no longer connect to the app so it's mostly useless. It can still technically clean without the app, but it can't mop, can't return to empty itself and just blindly wanders around because it doesn't have the map of the floor. Not worth the money when only 30% of it works. I've spent the past 3-4 hours trying to troubleshoot it - from using different a device, changing my network settings, resetting the hoover - absolutely everything available online. Shark's customer support goes as far as "turn everything off and on again" ... really helpful.Shame because it really liked it when it worked.

This is the best household item I’ve ever bought. Set it up. Set it to run. Go out, come back all the floors are swept and clean.It is quite noisy so best to be somewhere else.Couldn’t be more thrilled. I loathe cleaning the kitchen floor so this is amazing
