I bought these to replace my 2010 Volvo valve stem caps. I wanted to show the difference between the original Volvo parts and this item. First, when I took off an old cap, the top just broke off, which was actually quite handy because I was able to get a good picture and show how they're made. As can be seen, they have a rubber seal. They are hard plastic, which means no metal corrosion, but they weren't very long on the stem so approximately half of the thread was left exposed. But since it had the rubber seal, that didn't result in a air leak issue.In comparison, these CKAuto stems ALSO have a rubber seal. It's hard to see, but there's a slightly raised black rubber ring inside. They do NOT have a raised inner ring like the Volvo part, but I have doubts that this helped prevent air from leaking. I could be mistaken, though. With the new cap, when I screwed it on, it covered the entire thread area and it snugged down really well. I could tell it was plastic inside as it seemed to seal better than an aluminum cap would.I just got these today, so I will post an update once they've been on my car for a while.

These look even better in person than they do on the product page. Easy to install, just unscrew your old ones and screw these on. The red color is very bold and it gives a great splash of color on against my Gray SUV. Highly recommend.

Purchased the red valve caps and over time the color has faded to a pinkish red. No corrosion issues tho and had them for more than a year so color lasted longer than others on Amazon

These are good tire valve stem caps. We used them to replace one that we lost. They work well. - they go on and off easily. It's nice to have a few spares.

These fit perfectly on my Tesla model 3 performance tires! They’re made of heavy duty metal, you won’t have to worry about them falling off.
