This is great stuff. I first tried non foaming shaving gel on a trip to Japan and found it much more comfortable and easier to use than the regular foaming creams. I got the tomb 45 when I returned home and am very pleased with it. You use just a little. It forms a very slick thin surface on the skin which makes for a very easy, close shave. You barely know it's there. It leaves behind a faint but fresh aroma, which is quite pleasant. Definitely recommend.

This is a great product which has increased my shaving comfort a whole lot. Makes shaving smooth and the blades last longer! Very close shave using this as well!

To start out, I am on a quest to find a close replacement for Gillette Fusion ProGlide gel, which appears to now be obsolete. ProGlide Clear Shave Gel is hands down the best ever made in terms of clear shave gels, with a great scent and a perfect consistency on the gel.This gel by Tomb 45 is very good, but lacks what I was hoping for. First of all, it smells great! It;s also easy to use with the twist top opening. I find it not as thick as the ProGlide and that's why I give it four stars. It's not too thick like some others that I've tried, but it's missing some consistency. In order to coat my face and neck, it takes around twice as much as ProGlide. If you buy it, plan to use a dab around half the size of a golf ball. Otherwise, it's very thin. It does rinse well from the razor blades, too. The aloe makes for a soothing shave, too.If it had a little more gel-like characteristics, it would be right up there with the best. I'd consider buying again, just wish they got the gel part down a little better!

Clear, non-foaming gel that makes lining up edges easy. Smooth glide with no irritation—great for sensitive skin. Fresh scent is subtle, and the aloe + vitamin E combo leaves skin feeling hydrated.

Obsessed with the smell and feel. This is definitely a performer.

This product exceeded expectations for delivering a close shave, as it offers superior lubrication compared to thinner shaving gels with less viscosity. The thick gel may also help suspend individual hairs, making easier work for the blade to shear them off cleanly. If you suffer from “turkey neck” like me, you won’t find anything that offers a closer shave of floppy skin. The only tradeoff is it kinda feels like you’re smearing your face with really thick honey. It’s still a little off-putting, but I can deal with it, given the excellent results.
