It can be used for stains on smooth surface.but it has lesser action on textured surfaces,also I feel it is more dilute than the previous one which was in market

Highly recommend it. Does not have any harsh smell which is important as I am sensitive to smell. No working time required for it to work. Just pour lit bit of cream on a cloth and start wiping , it will remove all the oil and grime like magic. Worked perfectly on chimney.
