Chia seeds
My family and I have started using chia seeds in our diet to reinforce a healthy life style. These are the same as any store bought brand. Same quality. It’s great. Would recommend 10/10

I put a spoonful of this in my Wifey's 30oz ice-mug every morning, and she loves it. Do not accidentally dump the left overs into the pet bowl..... that is not ok. And don't use it to rinse soap n suds out of a glass to dump them and then rinse it with clean water, by accident, they cling to everything and you will have to scrub it again.But if someone likes them, make sure you keep them happy by making sure if they ask for water you ask "Do you want some cha cha cha chia seeds in it...."😁😂
