This travel case for pills is perfect for my needs. I can load up a week’s worth of meds plus have room for prn (as needed) meds in the center/midday compartments. I can keep OTC blister pack meds in the inside pockets of the fabric case, as it is fitted but not too tight. I really appreciate the security of this product. I no longer have to find a zip lock-type baggie to put the old style pill dispenser into to contain the pills on the chance the suitcase it is in gets bumped in a way to open one or more of the compartments.Some reviewers commented on having difficulty opening the individual cells. I can understand that they may be stiff when brand new. I found them easy to open but if I had trouble I would only need a key or even the zipper pull on the case to pop the lid.Edit: the first picture shows the fabric case on top, the plastic case in the middle (I labeled the days of the week with a Sharpie), and another pill organizer on the bottom for size comparison.The 2nd picture shows the pockets inside the fabric caseWITH the plastic case inserted. This is a fantastic product. The daily pill cases are sturdy and each segment is big enough to fit 5 fish oil pills with space to spare. This product comes with an easy to open clear hard case as well as a fabric case that has pouch liners for blister packs or eye drops. Inside the plastic case is a set of clear stickers for labeling each daily pill case by day and number. I personally prefer to color code things to my own preference so this is a plus for me. I appreciate how discrete the fabric case is. It's easily mistaken for a pencil case or hygiene bag. The lining of the fabric case has a but of padding to it so it doesn't feel cheap or flimsy.The only real down side is some of the individual pill cases can be harder than others to open. For reference, I have arthritis and usually need help opening bottles. I can open all of the compartments but I have to use a little more force to open 4 of the 21 segments. If you have moderate to severe hand arthritis or weakness this might be too difficult for you and it would be better to find a pill case with a latch or button system. To everyone else I highly recommend this product. Very good quality for the price.

Great organizer brightly colored. I love the nice large size and the pouch is great. I gave 4 stars for ease of yes for the same reason I would have given 10 stars for security, if I could have. The outer box latches securely. But more importantly the individual days have a nice secure latch, that could be difficult to open for anyone with hand issues. The pouch ads an additional layer of security, and is nice to be able to carry without broadcasting "pills".I also love that the individual days are not pre labled. There are day, ornumber stickers for you to attach yourself. This organizer was totally worth the money for me.

*update*I am updating my review because I was contacted by the company to refund my order. They told me that the updated their picture to be clear that it’s just the pill organizer and the pouch. Besides the confusion when I thought I was receiving 2, the product is a good one, I like the size of the container and the pouch is nicely made with two pockets on the inside. The company refunded my purchase because I wasn’t satisfied and I’m grateful to them for that. Their customer service is excellent and for that I am updating this review to be 4 stars. I started taking vitamins and supplements for a healthier lifestyle. I and needed something to help organize and keep track of the pills and time of day to take. There was a lot of back and forth on amazon as to which to purchase. I am glad that I purchased this one. I love the 3 compartments, as well as the ability to take the whole week with you or pull out one container at a time. Visually the container is beautiful and colorful, the inside of the bag is roomy enough you could add some papers, pamphlets or store the boxes of supplements to refer back to. There are also small mesh pockets. Nothing bulky or big would be able to fit as the container does have a snug fit it the bag. Happy with this purchase.

The company's customer service is amazing. I misplaced one of the days and they were very quickly to replace. This pill organizer is great for people who are the move and take multiple medications. The only dislikes I have is the pictographs wear off quickly but easy to add a sticker to it. They are also kinda hard to open.

I really love this travel pill case. I have several vitamins in each section, 4 Tylenol, 2 turmeric, one small Rx allergy pill and 1 large vitamin. I could have fit several more small pills and a couple more larger pills. I one section I have 7 gummy vitamins. There are also small divider pockets inside the organizer pouch on both sides. It seems very durable and although it holds a lot it’s still slim and leaves a small footprint.

Very secure case. Lids will not inadvertently open causing medication to fall out. May be a little hard for some people to open. I like that each day’s container can be taken out and take it with you- you don’t have to lug around all your medicine.
