MOLD ARMOR CLEANER 1 GAL

I’m so pleased with the results, house siding looks new again. The only thin extra I did was add an inline 55psi hose pressure pump to get the product up into the high gables of my second story home. Didn’t even need to use a ladder.

Sprayed on my RV awning, rolled it up, wait 10 mins and repeat if needed. After 2 x’s our awning looked fantastic!Only complaint is the thread on the bottle does not attach tightly to the hose.

Mold Armor does exactly what it says it will do. This was my first time using the product and the first time washing the exterior of my house. The only problem I had was the first time I sprayed everything down the product did not disperse and I didn't realize it. I had to change the spray pattern settings a few times to get the product to come out. Once it did all the mold came off. I followed the instructions, didn't have great water pressure to apply or rinse, and the mold still came off. I recommend using Mold Armor, I'm a 64 year old woman and didn't have any problems getting the exterior very clean. I'm impressed!

Living in the humid NE the North side of our vinyl sided house would turn green with mildew annually. Every year I’d get the power washer climb a ladder and spend a lot of time and effort blasting it off. I bought this product just to try and frankly wasn’t expecting much. Using only the garden hose I attached it and soaked the entire side of the house. It was a hot day. After it dried I soaked it again. Much easier than power washing. I got busy with other things and did not return to the site for a couple hours. Upon my return I was astonished to find 99% of the Green was gone. So I soaked the more stubborn spots again. An hour later all the mildew was gone. Then I rinsed. Even with the repeated applications it was way easier than power washing. As an added benefit the following year no mildew returned. This the first season I haven’t had to clean the north side of the house. Nice. I think the key to success is to allow plenty of time for the chemicals to work. Don’t be in a hurry to rinse it off. Personally, I couldn’t be happier with this product and would recommend it.

Our home faces the north and we get a green substance on the front often. We just had our home professionally cleaned last year and this year the green already came back. We purchased this product and my husband applied one time and it has made a world of difference. The green is gone unless you are right up close to it then you can see a slight residue. This worked for us.

I recently bought a mobile home and the vinyl siding desperately needed a washing. This removed the green mildew quite easily. 2 applications were necessary for a few of the tough spots but there was no scrubbing needed and I let the hose do all the work. I do recommend YouTube reviews for the application how to - the directions on the bottle seemed a little vague. This is a really fantastic product.
