For use as a training treat, you can let the cat lick a small amount of puree directly out of the opening. Of course, you can also empty the entire package into a bowl. The puree does smell strongly of fish/seafood, so if that is something that bothers you, try a different flavor maybe?What I like:. My cat and one of my two dogs are crazy about the flavor and don't mind the texture. The cat is picky, so I was happy about this. This definitely counts as a special TREAT for them.. There's good portion control. By that I mean that there is a small enough amount in each tube to enable you to use the whole thing all at once without needing to refrigerate leftovers (with a possibility of forgetting it's there). And there is a small enough number of calories that you won't disrupt your cat's nutrition by using these. The package says it is okay to feed 1-2 packets per day per 10 pounds of body weight. That's a pretty good number of licks. [No, I didn't count how many.]I don't really see any downside to these (unless you are grossed out by smelling "seafood"). Possibly it's not great that there is so much "packaging" to deal with.If my cat changes his mind about these (as sometimes happens) I will come back and update this.

We have previously gotten these purees in the chicken flavor and decided to try this new flavor. Our cats can be finicky at times, but all of them loved the taste of these treats. Very easy to administer - just rip off the end and squeeze the puree out. Also a good size to carry around if you need to. The cats get so excited when they see us hold one and just come right up for their treat - such a great value product.

Based on the finickiness of cats, I will say these are probably ok if your cat isn't very particular. My are mostly very particular.

These lickable squeeze up cat treats were a real blessing to have available. Initially, we used it to give our sick kitty her daily pill. We would squeeze some into a little mound onto her food plate and bury the pill in it. She would just lick it right up without even seeming to notice she had just taken her medicine. Before these squeeze ups, giving her the pill was a daily traumatic event.Recently, our older cat entered kitty hospice. She was prescribed a liquid medication to help her stay comfortable. The liquid mixed with these squeeze ups well and she was always happy to lick her plate clean even after she lost her appetite. These lickable cat treats are a must have for any kitty family.

Purchasing these in bulk is the best decision I've ever made. My cats suck these down so quickly and it is much cheaper to have a stack of these on hand. The paste is messy but I had found there isn't too much of a smell. My cats love these as much as the hard treats.The individual sticks are packaged well. I have been able to pack these in my bags for travel and have not found a single leak. I can easily just rip the tip and dispense. The only warning I can give cat owners, is to watch your cat with them. I have one that licks it just fine. Another one that thinks he is jaws and will bite it hard, sometimes manages to break a bit of the packaging. But I have had no issues and my cats come running when I shake a box.

This is a seafood medley flavor that has a VERY strong smell to me. The texture/consistency is creamier than milk but runnier than yogurt, so I did find it dripped a fair bit when I cut the top off to tube feed, so something to be aware of!My cat does really seem to enjoy the taste. I have had very good luck spreading it onto her healthy dry food that she normally avoid to entice her to eat it.This pack has a lot of treats for the value. I do wished it was fewer boxes with more tubes per box, but at least this way it is good to share with friends who have kitties or if you’re a rescue who needs to distribute treats to foster parents.

cats absolutely love these. like LOVE these. theyll come running the moment they hear the box break open. ive given them several types and brands of liquid tubes and these, paws down, have been a favorite for them. Our one cat will practically climb walls when she knows shes going to get one of these
