MAGIC for small hands
What would I do without these? I tried it all… half gloves, full gloves, liquid chalk… some gym equipment just isn’t made for females with kid sized hands.These are fab. I am able to properly train the muscles to failure as opposed to my grip / fingers. Bonus that they’re hard-wearing and pretty easy to get on and off.If you have kid-sized hands, this is the ticket.

These are great!
As a female I have small hands and these are really good for when my hook grip strength starts failing after a few heavy reps . Really saves on faffing about with traditional straps.

Versa Gripps really help with lifting weights and with using cables wirh weights like pulling!! Love, love love my Versa Gripps. Be sure to check the size chart for proper fit especially if you have small wrists!

Love these grips
The grips instantly helped me focus on my mind muscle connection vs. worrying about the dropping the weight. I have arthritis in my hands and these are amazing! Looking forward to more gains. The only thing, I wish the grips were a little bit longer. I think the pros are a little longer. May eventually look into those!
