Dew Drop Window Feeder

Great Product it is well constructed from tough plastic, very solidly built. The design is quite attractive and it is almost Squirrel proof, it is fun to watch them sliding off, although they occasionally manage to get a claw hooked on and gain access, but it is better than any other window feeder for this.My only suggestion is that it would be better if there were 3 suckers not just two (1 at the top 2 at the bottom) with the current design it wobbles against the glass and rattles when it is being used. I have spare suckers so I can easily make the mod myself but it would be a good design change to consider.

I really loved the idea of this but have mixed feelings.I wanted something that was for small birds. No problem there.But the aperture is so big that everything, bar pigeons, could get in.The good thing is that the design prevents pigeons sitting on it and certainly keeps the contents dry.We restricted the opening but all that happens is the starlings hang on to the edge and stick their heads through it.But the plastic is nice and clear and the suction pads strong, but if you are buying it for small birds be prepared that it will be used by everything.

Just received this and bit disappointed as the smaller hole advertised in the picture on Amazon is larger on the one I received! The whole idea of getting it was so that pigeons and squirrels couldn't get in easily. The hole on the one we received is much larger and dew drop shaped, not as in the advertised picture, smaller and round. It's a lovely product, but not as described. HOWEVER.. have used this for several months now and only small birds are using it. A few pigeons were curious, and one tried sitting on top to get to the food but they just can't easily get in. So I would say it's a good buy and works, even though at first I was disappointed!

This is so easy to attach and fill. It's fantastic to see birds up close and they soon learn that there's no need to fear being close to humans! I bought a second one for my front window after the one on my back window was so successful. I fill mine with sunflower seed hearts and get chaffinches, sparrows, various tits, goldfinches, siskins, redpoll (pictured) and an occasional blackbird.

Great bird feeder, I also purchased another type of window feeder from a different company but that let the water in and the seeds started to sprout, this one is very attractive to look at and if you don't over fill it the seeds stay dry when it rains, the birds seem to go right in to get the food which gives me plenty of time to watch them, we have them queuing up for it. At the moment I'm using sunflower hearts and get a variety of small birds popping in to feed.

I bought this feeder as a present for a friend who is very keen on bird study....I cannot vouch for it in action as she has not received it yet, but I was very pleased with the obvious quality of the feeder....good strong plastic and an unusual but effective looking design aswell ascosmetically agreeable! I am confident that she will be very pleased with it.

Great for small birds who do not feed on the ground I have had one several years but it is forever falling off the window as the plastic cups which hold it onto the window age and weather.This then causes the plastic unit yo break and colapse but I have managed to glue it over the years.Asupply of extra window cups would be useful to solve this problem

reason bought this was because starlings were chasing small birds away. when arrived only 2 suckers on back so every time starlings arrive it bangs heavily on window also hole so huge,the bigger birds easily get food out bought this to stop that and this product,poorly designed and no better than cheap ones which have 3 suckers and 25% of this price.
