This is a much nicer looking kettle than most, it is not too big and it has a simple, solid-looking design. I can't comment on durability or how to clean because have only had it for a few weeks. But so far it has been great. It boils pretty fast. My only minor criticism would be it is very loud when boiling, but you would have to be a pretty anal person to be actually bothered by that. :)

This is a good kettle. . .But...1. It is noisy.and2. It is pretty heavy.However...It boils 1.8litres of water quickly.Because of its pyramid shape, it is very stable.The insulated handle makes lifting very comfortable, despite the weight of the full kettle.When filled to the maximum 1.8litre mark the kettle can be tilted quite a way before water is spilling out of the spout.So, if you can put up with the noise and cope with the weight, this is a very good kettle.I am disabled and have problems lifting heavy items but, I am very happy with this kettle and would recommend it.

This is the 2nd kettle of this type we've purchased from Amazon.The first one lasted2 years...then started leaking.The handle and spout appear to have been improved,and it is working fine (so far!).Well,it seems ok now,but so far so good.

Bright kettle. Quite noisy but large capacity. Red outer covering has started to come away around the ring between the main body and the base after only 6 months.

I was happy to avail of this cute and modern kettle. It came, in identical condition as shown in the pictures, and I was excited. After few uses I have spotted some leakage from the bottom part of the kettle. Not any dangerous amounts but still worth noting. The outside of the kettle gets dirty easily (water drips are showing, and hand marks appear). Overall, for this price, I would buy it again as it makes the kitchen look stylish!

Had this a while now and whilst it is a good kettle the surface finish is peeling away at the bottle edge and around lid where scale occurs

No qualms on the noise/boiling, although is difficult to clean near the base

Rather noisy but all fast boil kettles seem to be. Odd flavour disappears quickly if preparation instructions are followed. Cannot speak for the durability of the coating as have not had it very long but stable and a good pourer.
