Could they be made oblong very hard to swallow wholeI have to cut in half sometimes quarters to swallow comfortably

Brilliant vitamin easy rather than taking multiple

I have to take a lot of medication daily so I’m used to swallowing all shapes and sizes of pills, but this one is by far the worst! It’s round and very big, and the worst part is that if it sticks in your throat for a second, you start tasting a really strange, strong flavour. When I first started taking these, the stuck+taste combo made me gag so badly, once I vomited. I persevered since I had a whole bag left, and I’ve figured out now that if I have something small to swallow a bite of afterwards (like a grape or piece of chocolate) it gets rid of the taste quickly and pushes down the stuck tablet.All of this said, I’m now on my third pack, but probably wouldn’t have repurchased if I’d continued just trying to swallow them on their own (plus liquid). They’re a good price and contain the things I’m looking for, which is why I continue to buy them. At some point I’ll probably see if I can find an alternative, but these are doing the job for now. I’d avoid giving them to someone who struggles to swallow.

I have been taking these multi vitamins and I have been feeling less tired

Tablets are quite big to swollen and can’t be halved.

I tried taking these regularly but just became more uncomfortable to swallow due to the round shape the size of a decent size button.A capsule would have been far better on the go.I can’t say whether they made a difference as I couldn’t keep it up.
