Dog Crate 36Lx23W Cage Replacement Galvanized Steel Metal Pan Tray Floor Size: 34.5" Lx22 Wx1 H, fits 36" Lx23 W crates

I bought this to replace the plastic tray in my chinchilla's cage. No matter how many wood chews I gave him, how frequently I put black pepper or lemon juice on the chew spots to deter him, or how carefully I wrapped fleece around the tray, he always found a way to chew through the plastic. Eventually I became so concerned that not only was he endangering himself by exposing the cage's thin, bare bars, making it possible for his tiny legs to fall through, but he could ingest the plastic and cause gastrointestinal damage, so I bought this metal tray. It appears to be very good quality and has the correct dimensions. He won't be able to chew through this one!

I've had these cage pans for a few months now. They are holding up just fine & are not rusting. They ft my cage very well. I do recommend measuring your cage to get the correct size.

Not has heavy as I expected it to be for a $50+ crate pan. It's okay for medium dogs but definitely not suitable for active/energy dogs.

Not to keen on how much the pan actually slides in the crate. Wish that had made it just a little bit wider. It did arrive bent so we had to hammer them out. Very happy that the edges are rounded off so I don't worry about my dog cutting his mouth on it.So far this pan has done it's job and he hasn't been able to chew it.

I find it works best by placing it in the plastic tray in the crate, rather than by itself w/o the plastic tray.Updated review:After 6 weeks, one of the two pans I purchased has started to rust. These are advertised as galvanized steel, and galvanized steel should not be rusting after 6 weeks of use. When I contacted the vendor, they indicated this was due to the “pan getting wet”. Well, duh. Of course the pan gets wet. At a minimum, when you crate your dogs you put water in the crate for them to drink, and of course they’re going to have small drops of water from their nuzzle get on the pan... HENCE why you want a galvanized pan so IT DOESNT RUST. And, call me silly, but I actually CLEAN my dog’s crates at least once a week, which means hosing them down with water to rise out any accumulated dirt or debris.Very disappointed with the quality. I thought these would be a good investment, my thoughts were clearly incorrect. If you are thinking of ordering these, I recommend you skip them and just double up on normal plastic pans instead.Vendor does not stand by the product.

My dog was super destructive as a puppy and this worked amazing!! No worries when I was away and lasts forever!!

It is great! It fit perfectly in The crate I have!
