I’ve been wearing the Majmua oil for quite some time now and I can say it is my most favorite scent. It is a signature for me at this point. Everyone I know says that it is very unique and they can smell me before they see me...in a good way. It’s romantic and enthralling. Most people can’t get enough of it and neither can I.

Smells amazing!!!!!

The scent isn't as rich as my (very) old, cherished bottle of Majmua that I was looking to replace, but the age of my own oil may be the reason for that. I'm thinking that if this is allowed to age for while then perhaps the richness will develop. Not being a perfumier, I can't adequately describe what I mean by "rich". It's just that the new oil seems a tad more raw or green than the old one, hence the four stars instead of five. The scent is still lovely, and definitely Majmua (as I know it) so I'd give it four-and-a-half if I could.I am satisfied with my purchase and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Nemat Majmua Roll-on Perfume to anyone who likes the fragrance of Majmua. The scent is true, compared to my old one, and it improves after a few minutes contact with the skin, developing more of those warmer, richer notes. The roll-on bottle makes for easy application and is pretty much impossible to spill, so a sudden attack of clumsiness won't be a disaster. Nice!

This fragrance is, for the most part, quite pleasant. The initial scent is somewhat strange, however, smelling almost like soil or earth, it smells somewhat like extremely concentrated vetiver oil when first applied. However, after sometime, it evolves into a very fresh and unique fragrance that you may not find elsewhere. It ultimately smells almost like incense converted into a perfume. It is quite strong in the beginning, but dies down to a balanced strength that is not too strong and not too weak, acting almost as an ambient scent around your body.I'm very pleased to see Nemat is expanding their business to the online market, as I feel their Attars are by FAR the BEST on the market, and not too long ago their fragrances were only available through wholesale on their India based website.I really hope to see more of their selection put out on amazon and I will be keeping an eye out for them. In particular, their "Musk Al-Misri" and "Dehnal Oud" are very nice, too, if anyone comes across them. However, their best fragrance, at least in my opinion, unfortunately seems to have been discontinued, perhaps. I received a sample with another fragrance I got from them some time ago and it was of their "Attar 96 series Musk", which I believe, hands down, was close to, if not THE best perfume I have ever tested, at least for men. I have never come across a scent quite like that one and have been looking for a VERY long time, to no avail. So, if anyone happens to come across a bottle/container of it, I advise them to get as much as they can, as they won't be disappointed!Nevertheless, "Majmua" is a very nice fragrance, especially after die down, and it smells truly like...well...India. I would definitely recommend this to anyone interested in exotic perfumes/Attars, at least to try out.

Reminds me of India, smells like incense. Best for weekends as it is very strong - be sure to apply just a drop or two.
