I really am not sure about this. It’s supposed to say “Mary” but it looks more like “Maly” like how is that supposed to look like an r? This was a gift and I’m honestly embarrassed I paid $15 for a mug that looks like the name is misspelled.

This cup was well packaged! I was worried that it would break but it came sitted nicely in Styrofoam which was marked 'Fragile' . The Cup itself was beautiful, I bought it for a gift for a little girl who's going to be a big sister! I also asked the seller if the words below could be different from the letter initial, and the seller provided my request beautifully. I love the quality of the printing, it does not look like it will wear or chip out.Only complain is that I thought the first letter in the word would be capitalized but it was not. But apart from that, everything else is great! Definitely recommend!

Very disappointed to say the least! The names were printed on without even capitalizing the first letter of my kids names which doesn’t look good. Poor color quality of the print. Not worth the money at all!

One mug came broken however, the seller was VERY VERY nice about i, responded very quickly and sent me a replacement mug that came in TWO DAYS! I am very please with the product and service!

My 3 personalized gift coffee mugs were cute! I thought that the name would be in one side only but it was in the back as well! And I also thought that I had to pay extra money for the coaster! I was not charged for it! The colors were soft and there were some lines of some letters that you could bearely see. My 3 friends were happy and they thank me for them!

I purchased this for my mom on mother's day and the design is still great! Its also microwave safe, so my mom loves it even more! Thanks for this great product 👍

They didn’t listen to the text that was put. They gave an option to put a different letter in the center and I put a different letter and they did it wrong. Now my gift looks stupid.
