When I unpacked the water bottle, it was in great condition. It came with 2 bottle brushes and a soft black case. My son loved the aqua vibrant color. We bought this at the start of the school year. Usually by December, 3 months later, many of our water bottles have become dented, the color of the bottle worn away, the nozzle wearing away, and usually there is some kind of scent I could never wash away. Not with this Aorin bottle. This bottle is the best bottle I have ever purchased for my children. It's sturdy, keeps drinks either hot or cold for hours, doesn't dent, doesn't warp, seems to keep itself very clean, and is just magnificent in its durability, shape, and really stands up to the constant wear and tear that young kids put their water bottle through. It's neither too large nor too small and is just right for bringing a kid through a hectic day at school. I had purchased another bottle from another brand at the same time and that one is completely destroyed. With the other brand, the paint on the bottle has chipped and it looks pretty bad. I am really impressed with this bottle and at this price point, it's one of the best and most long lasting purchases I've made on Amazon. I really recommend this product to everyone.

Got here super fast and the colors are beautiful! Best thing about em though is that they actually work! I filled the bottle because I thought we were going somewhere, we didn’t lol. But I totally forgot about the water and I came downstairs the next morning, saw it sitting on the counter, grabbed it, and when I grabbed it it was COLD!! I looked in the bottle and plenty of ice was in there and it tasted wonderful! No weird metal taste or smells. And it’s s convenient too! I can carry more books and still have easy access to my water since I can just attach the bottle to mostly anything I’d like, say a backpack for example. I HIGHLY recommend buying a bottle, or 2 or 3. Lol. But really, BUY IT!!!!! IT WILL CHANGE YOU LIFE FOR THE BETTER!!!!!

I'm very low-tech. Straight razors, pocket watches, no cell phones, cast-iron cookware, natural fibers, cane fly-rods,antiques everywhere- tried & true. These hi-tech bottles are the exception, and the best thing I've ever seen for keepinggood drinking water at hand. Nobody who tries these will be sorry. My old stainless vacuum bottle is gone. These thingsjust beat everything else I've ever seen. I use one every day- indoors, outdoors, vehicles- and they're great. Cheap at the price.

Really does keep your beverage at its desired temperature for EVER. I put hot coffee in it and have to keep the lid off for about an hour and a half for my coffee to cool down enough to not scold my mouth! Then, once it’s at a good temperature, I put the lid back on between sips and it stays a good temperature for me for about 5-6 more hours.

Wow, this is a great water bottle. When I purchased it, I did not expect it to be quite this nice. However, when I opened the box, I was pleasantly surprised. Not only did it come with brushes for cleaning, it also came with a really nice neoprene sleeve with a handle for travel. I intended to use this at work, but now I might use it for hiking.

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this bottle was! The product box was really study and attractive, making it great for a gift. The black sleeve, with carabiner is high quality and comfortable to hold on to and the bottle brushes are great for keeping it clean. The bottle kept my water cold for a long, long time, over 5 hours. It's seems very well made, I love it!

I've purchased a number of different brands of insulated water bottles, I got this 16oz version to carry heavy cream with me when I travel. I was surprised to find they included an insulated wrapper around the container, a clip, and several cleaning tools. That was nice! I'll be looking for this brand the next time I need one of these!

Perfect and keeps water cold and ice overnight. I just ordered the 750ml fir the summer.Update - What happened?I was so excited when I purchased my first that I purchased a second. Unfortunately they no longer keep items cold or cool. I never washed in the dishwasher, only used a light cleanser and one never used with hot items. Not sure what happened but haven't had these but a couple of months.
