The Mayo Clinic Plan: 10 Steps to a Healthier Life for EveryBody!

I thought this book was very inspiring. A lot of the information was things you knew but it was presented in a way that held your interest.

Simply written, beautifully illustrated, textbook-like presentation of nutritional best practices.

Mayo Clinic has produced a book that is a great place to start for learning about a healthy lifestyle. It has helpful quizzes to assess your health in different areas. I wish it had more depth; that is why I can only give it four stars. It lays a good foundation, but leaves you wishing for more details.

The book was in apparently good shape, but unfortunately several pages were neatly cut out. Not surprised the seller missed it since it was done so carefully, but once I pointed it out, the seller made good. When you order via this process, you don't expect perfect products. It's good to find a seller that stands behind what they sell.

Not an easy book to follow. I am still reading it. I wish it had the more easy to understand diet plan.

I would add six or seven stars on this one if that was an option! This is a wonderful book for following a balanced lifestyle, not just a diet. Exercise plans and lots of other good information, besides a very balanced food plan.

I purchased this for my wife. She loves the book! She says that is holds so much information and she uses it everyday.

This is a good resource. Mayo Clinic always puts out good information and products. I am in the medical field and consider them a very trusted source. More than just an eating plan. Mayo Clinic gives many helpful ways to change your lifestyle that are manageable for a hectic schedule.
