Bought this product, and it initially worked okay. It has low pressure, but okay for traveling. The battery charge ran out after a week or so, and there was no charging cord included in the box. I connected it to the shaver charger, and it appeared to be charging, but it never charged, even after connecting it overnight.I attempted to contact the manufacturer, the US phone number they provided was invalid, and belonged to a personal account that the lady was pretty annoyed with all the calls she receives from people trying to reach Insmart. I emailed the company, and never received a response. So, I contacted them through Amazon, and they immediately responded and sent me a charger.I would buy this product again.

My dentist recommend that I start using a water flossed so I started looking and considered different models.I took a shot at this one even though it was half the price of the best rated model. To be fair, the rating on this one wasn't bad at all.I'm very happy with my decision! Though it is larger than traditional "non-cordless" models, it's not too big or bulky to use comfortably - and I'm a gal with pretty small hands.The water output on the normal setting is strong enough to flush all of the nasty out of the deep nooks and crannies of your mouth.It seems to be built well and there aren't any leaks.As a bonus, the sound it makes causes my one cat to come running, as it's new to him and he just wants to check it out!I haven't had it long, but 10/10, would buy again.

This water flosser is seriously awesome. Changing the teeth flossing game for sure! It definitely takes a few uses to get the hang of it, makes a bit of a mess, but it's just water. You have to learn what works for you and perfecting the technique. The only thing I could complain about, (and why I only gave 4 stars) is that even the soft setting in still a little more then expected, and the container that holds the tips; only holds two, not all 4 it comes with. Which isn't to big of a deal, just a little convenient. I do like there is multiple tips so you can change then out and share with whomever you'd like.

This has plenty of power and does the job of water flossing. It's good for travel, but could be better ergonomically designed. Compared to my counter top waterpik this is awkward to use. There's not really a good place to hold it. If you use the grip area then it's easy to accidentally hit the mode or power button. I'm also finding it is starting to leak around where the reservoir connects to the body.

I received this product a few days ago and now i just open it and play around with it. Sorry i couldn't post a video because i am camera shy. It is working as expected. It was charging when i took the pictures. However, i did test it out and so far so good. It works as expected, small enough that i can pack it to go on vacation and such. I like additional tips that my wife can also use it. I will carry it everywhere i go now.

This product worked great until it died one month after the one-year warranty expired. At that time, it stopped holding a charge and would need to be fully re-charged before use. Wondering if anybody else has had the same experience? I'd give it five stars for its performance before it died . . .

My dentist recommended a water pick. I'm 77 and not always eager to try something new. I have to say not only was it easy to get the hang of but it...so far....holds a charge very well. Just got back from a 4 day beach trip, took the charger but never had to use it. I would recommend this to any of my friends or family. BTW I really like the cute little drawstring travel bag!

When I was little I used to make fun of my Mom’s water pic. I thought it was old fashioned. She would always say how much she loved it. Well I’m not so young anymore. I saw it on this site and decided to try it. I’m shocked by how much I love it. I use it all the time. It’s great. It really cleans in between my teeth. Mom knows best. I would recommend this product.
